Please note: Extended warranty is not valid until paid for and confirmed by ProMedCo and must be organised within 30 days of purchase. Extended warranty is not available for 45L ProMedCo Seba Autoclaves.

This product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for a period of: 24 months or 2000 cycles - whichever comes first. The warranty is for 24 months on parts and 12 months for labour.

All usage and routine maintenance must be carried out as specified in the user manual. This includes regular cleaning, proper water quality management, and adherence to recommended operating procedures.

The autoclave must be serviced according to the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule by an authorised ProMedCo service provider. Proper servicing ensures the equipment remains in optimal working condition and prevents avoidable damage or malfunctions.

All repairs under warranty must be performed by an authorised ProMedCo service agent, using only genuine ProMedCo spare parts, and must be approved by ProMedCo beforehand. Unauthorised repairs or modifications will immediately void the warranty.
