Delivery and Shipping Terms and Conditions
We understand the importance of timely and courteous delivery and strive to dispatch your consumables within 1-2 business days.
General Shipping Information
Dispatch Time: Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed.
Delivery Time: Most orders will reach you within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Transit Time: Delivery times are for transit only and do not include processing, packing, or pre-order timeframes. ProMedCo is not liable for any transit delays.
Free Shipping: Orders over $200.00 inc gst qualify for free shipping. Orders under $200.00 inc gst will incur a flat delivery fee of $19.95. *This excludes large, bulky orders including autoclaves and deliveries to rural or remote areas. ProMedCo Pty Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the freight-free policy without notice.
Large and Bulky Orders
Special Shipping Rates: For large, bulky items such as large Distilled Water orders, Autoclaves, Dental Chairs, and Washer Disinfectors, please contact us at orders@promedco.com.au for specific delivery options and prices. All orders placed through the website relating to large or bulky items, or items going to remote/rural areas, will be contacted and quoted as per order. You will be notified via phone or email regarding the final delivery options and prices.
Autoclave Delivery Services
Our quoted delivery service is door-to-door only. Couriers cannot bring products inside, upstairs, or into small lifts. Drivers will not unpack items or remove packaging.
Premium Delivery: If you require a premium delivery service that includes additional handling, please request a quote.
Residential Deliveries
Authority to Leave: Couriers cannot call in advance. If you are not available, items will be left with 'authority to leave' in a safe place. If the location is deemed unsafe, items will be returned to the depot, and a redelivery fee of $40 will apply.
No Apartment Deliveries: We cannot deliver to apartment complexes.
Clearance Requirements: Large/bulky items require a minimum 2m clearance at doorways/entrances and no stairs or steps.
Commercial Deliveries
No Advance Call: Couriers cannot call in advance. If you are unavailable, items will be returned to the depot. Redelivery fees are $40 for small items and up to $60 for larger orders.
Pickup Options
By Appointment Only: Pickup is by appointment only. Please call to schedule your pickup time.
Vehicle Requirements: Orders can only be picked up in a van, truck, ute, or similar.
Pre-Orders
· Estimated Arrival: Pre-order dates are estimates and may not meet the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) due to factors beyond our control. ProMedCo cannot be held responsible for transit delays. Orders will be dispatched once all items are in stock.
